Most of the children we assist are truly helpless when they arrive. Love however, has a way of making all transitions easier. For only $80,000 (CDN) per year we have found a way to house, feed, and educate these amazing children.

We have seen the grow, learn, and experience true happiness. Moreover, this is the first place where many of the children will experience a sense of belonging and feeling of safety. They will learn to read and to write, and while doing so they will develop a sense of self-worth.

Your contribution has immediate effect. The effect is almost always that a child does not die, and that they are given another chance to grow up and become dynamic members of their community.

Some children however, have a very limited future; and we do what we can for them, as best we can. These children have lost their parents to AIDS; and some of them will suffer this same fate. In these cases, we simply want to offer the child a safe and caring environment in which to leave this world. Our children, as with all children in the world, are simply amazing. They don't really know why they ended up here,but they all know it is a better place than where they were before. Most importantly; they all feel loved, and that is why we do this.
